Now that you’ve gotten your office, friends and family energized to help you raise money for Skip Lunch Fight Hunger, you’ll want to do a couple of things before making your deposit.
1. Self report your offline fundraising total to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
2. Congratulate yourself on a job well done!
Now you're ready to desposit collected funds at any Citibank in New York City. For a complete listing of branch locations visit: www.citibank.com.
Here’s how to make your deposit: 
1) Enter the date of deposit on appropriate line on deposit ticket.
2) Separate donations into three categories:
a. Cash – organize cash by bill amount and enter total for all cash on the deposit ticket next to the line labeled “currency”.
b. Change – count all the change collected and enter total next to the line labeled “coin”. If you have collected an excessive amount of coins please contact us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or 917.351.8764 for alternative deposit options.
c. Checks – all checks must be made payable to City Harvest. All checks must be itemized on the deposit ticket in the spaces under the area labeled “check ID”. All checks must be endorsed on the back “FOR DEPOSIT ONLY WITH THE ACCOUNT NUMBER LISTED”
3) Add total for cash, change and checks and enter the total amount at the bottom of the deposit ticket where indicated.
4) Combine cash, change, checks, deposit ticket and check itemization form in the enclosed envelope and deposit at your nearest Citibank.
Here’s what we need you to send back to us:
1) Donor Information Sheets – the small forms included in each brown bag. – remember only those donors that fill this out will receive an acknowledgement for their taxes, unless their donation was made online.
2) Campaign Summary Sheet – included in your Team Captain kit. Please be sure to complete this form so we can easily identify your company’s information.
3) Pink Deposit Ticket – when you make your deposit the teller will give you a pink copy of the deposit ticket; please include this ticket copy with the Campaign Summary and Donor Information sheets in the return envelope that has been provided (you must supply postage). The envelope can be dropped in any mailbox for return to City Harvest.
