Join Fausto’s Wine Director and Co-Owner Joe Campanale, a prominent wine expert and restaurateur named Sommelier of the Year by Food & Wine magazine, in the private wine cellar at Fausto for a five-course tasting menu—each of which will be paired with two wines—inspired by Italy’s regional cuisine, and prepared by Chef Erin Shambura, who earned her Italian expertise at some of NYC’s most respected kitchens, such as L’Artusi, Del Posto and Lupa, before taking the helm at Fausto.
