Swedish Smorgasbord at Aquavit – $50,000

Helps feed nearly 140,000 New Yorkers for a day

Savor a classic Swedish experience for your exclusive party of up to ten guests! You’ll enjoy a full Smorgasbord at Aquavit, the renowned midtown temple of haute Scandinavian cuisine and a New York City fine-dining fixture since 1986. Hosted by Chef Emma Bengtsson, a native Swede who began her tenure at Aquavit as their pastry chef, your Smorgasbord includes herrings, gravlax, smoked salmon, sausages, and meatballs—the exquisite, seasonal Nordic classics that earned the Michelin-starred and New York Times three-starred Aquavit its fabled reputation. Your party can be hosted indoors in the private dining room of the restaurant’s newly renovated location in Park Avenue Tower, or outdoors if good weather permits. Artisanal cheeses, fresh fruit, strawberries, and ice cream provide the perfect finish to your meal, which also includes beer, wine, and, of course, their house-made Aquavits, traditional and bold-flavored Scandinavian schnapps.
