Before launching the celebrated Ed’s Lobster Bar, Soho’s ever-popular upscale take on the New England lobster shack, the NYC-native honed his illustrious seafood skills at Pearl’s Oyster Bar. Led by Chef McFarland himself, you’ll embrace the summertime flavors of the sea with a handcrafted, multi-course lobster dinner for your exclusive party of ten. Guests will delight in a decadent feast of caviar and lobster at the chef’s hometown creation, Ed’s Lobster Bar.
