Before launching the celebrated Ed’s Lobster Bar, Soho’s ever-popular upscale take on the New England lobster shack, the NYC-native honed his illustrious seafood skills at Pearl’s Oyster Bar. Led by Chef McFarland himself, you’ll embrace the summertime flavors of the sea with a handcrafted, multi-course lobster dinner for your exclusive party of ten. Guests will delight in a decadent feast of caviar and lobster at the chef’s hometown creation, Ed’s Lobster Bar. (And, make sure not to miss the restaurant’s raison d’être, our city’s most succulent lobster roll.) Following the seafood spectacular, you and your guests will also receive a special gift to remember the experience.
