This mural is dedicated to the memory of artist and mother, Juanita De’Von Reynolds, who, during the 2020 pandemic, when the world shut down, organized and fed our elders when they needed it the most. The turtles throughout represent Turtle Island, the feathers represent our ancestors who walked these lands before us, and the gold crowns represent the sun. Miigwetch Miigwetch Miigwetch.
