Join restaurateur and iconic Chef Pino Luongo, who launched acclaimed NYC restaurants Il Cantinori, Le Madri, Coco Pazzo, Mad 61, Sapore di Mare and his latest, Coco Shack, at his restaurant, Morso, for an indoor and outdoor, walk-around tasting event featuring classic dishes from Tuscany. The evening will also feature a full bar with specialty Italian cocktails and wines, and music by renowned D.J. Dippa.

As he celebrates this special 40-year milestone, Chef Luongo, who introduced Tuscan cuisine to NYC, will be joined by some of America’s most renowned Italian chefs who have cooked alongside or been inspired by him. Guests will enjoy Chef Luongo’s delicious signature dishes, such as Rigatoni alla Buttera, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, and Misto Terra, in an evening that honors the renowned chef’s long legacy.
