A Fabulous Evening of Culinary Excellence with Iconic Chef Eric Ripert – $100,000
Helps feed nearly 300,000 New Yorkers in need for a day
Luxuriate in a memorable evening with culinary legend Chef Eric Ripert as he hosts you and nine guests at Le Bernardin, one of the world’s finest restaurants. You’ll begin the night with a welcome champagne toast with Chef Ripert at Aldo Sohm Wine Bar, the chic namesake establishment from Le Bernardin’s Wine Director that’s right next door. Then you’ll head to the restaurant’s elegant private dining space, where Chef Ripert will dine with you as you experience the exquisite Chef’s Tasting Menu, complete with wine pairings selected by Le Bernardin’s renowned longtime sommelier, Aldo Sohm. As a memento of the special evening, Chef Ripert will give you personalized copies of his most recent cookbook, Vegetable Simple.
