For nearly 20 years, City Harvest’s annual fall tasting event, BID, has brought together New York City’s best chefs, restaurants, mixologists, and loyal supporters for an evening of incredible food and entertainment, raising enough to help feed over 17 million New York families. We’ve spent many wonderful nights together, immersed in festive themes, from Big Band and Havana Nights to Studio 54. This year’s BID would have raised enough to help feed 1.2 million families in our city, during a challenging time when City Harvest’s work is more important than ever. While we are unable to gather in person this year, we hope that supporters will come together and join us for BID 2020: The Show Must Go On.
On Tuesday, October 20, City Harvest will hold its first-ever, at-home dining experience, offering guests the opportunity to bring BID’s magic to their homes with a fun and delicious evening of Michelin-Star cuisine from COTE Korean Steakhouse, beverages, and spectacular entertainment. Hosted by Chef Geoffrey Zakarian, City Harvest Board Member and Chair of our Food Council, the show will feature City Harvest’s celebrated friends and pre-recorded live entertainment by On The Move.
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, your gift will directly support City Harvest’s work feeding New Yorkers in need in response to COVID-19. Additionally, our Presenting Sponsor, Bank of America, will match all gifts, dollar-for-dollar, up to $750,000.
